During the journey of 30 years, we have traversed through the traditional area of practice and have ventured into new dimensions including Risk Advisory, Tax Advisory, Corporate Advisory, FDI & FEMA consulting, system / SOP development, Fraud & forensic auditing, IBC practice etc. This has enabled us to carve out as a distinct entity, thanks to our dedicated professional attitude, commitment and uncompromising professional standards and ethics.
The growth is visibly demonstrated as presently we are twenty-two qualified professionals at the helm with a team of 100+ people consisting of various professionals, Pan-India presence and growing segments of practice.
Our clientele ranges from Indian Corporates, MNCs, PSUs, Government Organizations to Social Sector Enterprises besides our long standing traditional clients.
The firm is also empanelled with CAG, RBI, PSUs, Banks and Financial Institutions.

Our Founder Partner Mr Subhash Saraf was Chairman of EIRC of ICAI and he has served on the Board of NBCC Limited and The State Trading Corporation of India Limited as Independent director.
